With the addition of the LaserLite Pro to the Inventory module of Visual AccountMate, the user can save both time and effort while taking a physical inventory.
The LaserLite Pro is a scanning device/keypad that is used to read barcodes and enter information. The inventory taker need only scan an item and enter the counted quantity on the keypad of the LaserLite Pro. This method of taking inventory can save many hours of writing down product codes and quantities as well as time spent correcting erroneous entries. The inventory data can then be downloaded directly into Visual Accountmate, again saving time and insuring accuracy.
Between the simplified taking of inventory and the elimination of data entry, the company can save many hours or even days in the inventory taking process.
